What is your shipping policy?

Unless running a promotion, orders over $100 will receive free USPS First Class shipping.  Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.  All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  The only exception is custom orders.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  The default is USPS First Class.

What is your refund or return policy?

We have a Satisfaction guarantee.  We have a 30-day return policy.  This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If your item doesn’t fit right, or you aren’t satisfied with it, you can return the item for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.   We ask that you pay the return shipping cost and refunds will be issued when the item is returned and inspected that it has not been damaged.

What is your privacy policy?

When you visit this website, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.
